As art director and project manager for the Service Design Network based in Cologne, Germany, I have been in charge of the layout of Touchpoint, the journal of service design. Each issue of this triannual journal is a collection of about 20 articles written by international authors on one specific topic, related to service design (100 pages).

I have worked on the journals from the volume 4 issue 3 to the volume 6 issue 2.
